Notice what is getting in the way
Look at the kitchen, the person, the equipment and the workflow before deciding what needs to change.
A practical example. Your own independent business.
Kitchen Confidence shows what can happen when practical experience becomes a clear, person-to-person service. Con explains how it works in practice. Allen configures the software and administration for the business you decide to create.
No sales script. No promise of clients. A practical conversation about whether the setup fits.

Experience you can use.
Work you can shape.
Business systems you do not have to build alone.
Why we show you Kitchen Confidence
Con built Kitchen Confidence around skills he already had: kitchens, food, organisation and helping people participate. The purpose is not to copy his business. It is to understand how experience can become a useful service.
See what Con does. Ask how it works. Take the parts that help you think. Then decide what your own independent service should become.
You are buying the setup—not somebody else’s business identity. Before the setup begins
A sole-trader ABN connected to your personal legal name.
02Your own separate bank account in your name.
03Your agreement to control your own business, accounts, decisions and income.
Start with what is already there
You do not need to arrive with a polished business plan. The useful starting point is knowing what you are good at, who you can help and what keeps stopping you from beginning.
What Con can help you understand
This is an informed conversation about the work—not a licence, training qualification or instruction to operate in one prescribed way.
Look at the kitchen, the person, the equipment and the workflow before deciding what needs to change.
Adjust the setup, break the work into useful steps and explain it in a way the person can use.
Support real kitchen activity without taking over the parts the person can do for themselves.
Create clearer routines, placement and practical systems that can keep working after the session.
Independent from the beginning
You are not joining an agency, franchise or controlled network. We do not set your prices, direct your services, provide your clients or manage your business.
You can use, change or stop using the setup as you choose.
The part that often stops a good idea
You should not have to become a software specialist first.
A modern independent business still needs professional email, records, appointments, invoices, accounts and customer communication. Allen connects those parts into one prepared working method and shows you how to use it.
A business system you own
The laptop, domain, accounts and business information are established for you. The goal is a small number of connected, repeatable actions—not another collection of software you have to work out alone.
A dedicated laptop prepared around the administration actions your business actually needs.
Your own domain, professional email and business details—created for your independent business and held under your control.
A clear place for appointments, customer information, files and the records needed to understand what happened next.
An organised financial workflow connected to the selected accounting service, with access you can grant to your accountant where supported.
Prepared ways to organise enquiries, follow up work and draft professional responses for you to review.
Allen takes you through the working setup in plain language, using the few repeatable actions you need to know.

Personally configured in Adelaide
I’m Allen Wade. I configure the laptop, domain, professional email and connected administration system for your business. I then take you through the working setup in plain language.
The setup is completed in Australia, placed under your control and not locked inside an agency system.

No. Kitchen Confidence is the real Adelaide example that makes the idea easier to understand. You establish your own independent business, with your own name, domain, pricing, services and decisions.
It is designed only for an individual operating as a sole trader, with an ABN connected to their personal legal name and their own separate bank account. The business system is then configured around that person and remains under their control.
No. Con can explain what he has learned from Kitchen Confidence, and Allen can help you clarify the work you want to do. You decide what your service becomes and remain responsible for how it operates.
No. The package is a business software and administration setup. It does not include advertising, lead generation or a promise of clients, referrals, revenue or profit.
You can, but personal messages, old files and unrelated accounts can quickly become part of the new operation. A clean setup makes the business easier to understand, use and eventually share with an accountant.
There is no ongoing management fee paid to us for the setup. Services you own—such as domain renewal, accounting software or other selected subscriptions—may have their own charges. These are identified before handover.
Clear boundaries
This is a plain-English website summary. Before payment, you receive a written scope for your particular setup. That written agreement takes priority if anything differs from this page.
The service is available only to an individual sole trader with an ABN connected to their personal legal name and their own separate bank account.
You choose your business name, service, customers, pricing and working methods. You are not purchasing the Kitchen Confidence business or brand.
The package covers only the laptop, configuration, domain and email, agreed administration tools and handover described in your written scope.
Business accounts are established under your control wherever the provider allows. You decide who may access them.
Domain renewals, software subscriptions, banking, insurance, registrations and other third-party charges are separate unless the written scope expressly includes them.
The setup does not include management, advertising or lead generation and does not guarantee customers, referrals, revenue, profit or third-party approval.
Start with discovery
This is not a sales presentation. It is a practical conversation about what you want to do, what is already possible and whether either setup is appropriate.
Your email opens with a few useful prompts. Add your phone number and the best times for Allen to call.
Your experience is the starting point
Tell us what you are already good at, who you think you could help and which parts of setting up the business feel difficult. If the package is not appropriate, Allen will tell you.
